May I take this opportunity to welcome you to St Mary & St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School P.T.F.A. (Parents, Teachers, and Friends Association)
The P.T.F.A. raises funds for the school by running a number of fundraising events over the academic year. Further to raising funds the activities of the P.T.F.A. presents a good opportunity for parents and children to strengthen their social ties with the school.
The continued success of the P.T.F.A. is down to the dedication, diligence and support of parents, teachers and friends. Previously this support has enabled the school to purchase a variety of additional equipment and facilities that would not otherwise be in place for our children to enjoy.
All projects undertaken will be valuable to the learning environment for the children attending the School because the funds raised by the P.T.F.A are invested back into the School.
The success is determined by the support gained from parents, teachers and friends. As a member of our school family you are automatically a member of the P.T.F.A. and we hope we can count on your ongoing support.
We try to run a variety of activities to cater for all age groups e.g. film night, bunny drive, spooky disco etc – any new suggestions are welcome.
I look forward to meeting you.
